Two Water Sources Old Sauk Community Gardens Water Sources

Water Sources

Old Sauk Community Gardens has two water sources. One is our 2500 gallon rain barrel and the other is city water.

Water Use

Please use rain barrel water first (yellow spigots). City water should be used only after all the rain barrel water has been used. Be mindful to turn the spigots off after use. A few hoses are provided by the community garden. We encourage you to purchase a hose to keep a hose in your plot.

The pandemic may be behind us, but washing hands before and after gardening is a good practice. Biodegradable soap provided.
