Attention New Gardeners

Please contact oldsaukgardens@gmail.com to check if plots are available to rent for the coming season before completing steps 2 and 3.

A completed Registration form is required to rent a garden plot. Click the download button below to open the Garden Registration Form. 

 1)  Download the fillable pdf file to your computer.

 2) Fill out page 1 and 2 on the form by typing in the appropriate information. 

 3) After completing the form, save the form, and email it to oldsaukgardens@gmail.com. 

After completing the Garden Registration Form you will have a total amount due for your garden plot and hay.  Please fill in the amount you owe below, and choose your payment option to complete your purchase.
