A garden survey was sent to all community gardeners after the 2022 season.  

Here are a few testimonies shared by gardeners:    

• We like plot checks for helping all of us keep the garden ‘in order’     
• Garden fees were, like Goldilocks, ‘just about right’     
• When asked what they liked about gardening in the Old Sauk Garden, we love the community (80% of people said this), the location of the gardens, and the effective way the gardens are cared for by gardeners.    
• Community gardening is bonding together over caring for the environment and raising produce; perhaps growing vegetables together to help others.
